When scheduling calls with students via Google Meet. It is important to note that our students do not have "email" enabled, so if you send a notification to that email address it will bounce back to you with an error message.
I suggest that you copy the meeting link from Google Calendar and then share that link to the student by creating a new assignment for only the student(s) in that video call on Google Classroom. Als make the due date the day that the meeting is scheduled so it appears on that student's classroom calendar.
