When encountering an error message when uploading Student Portfolio, please clear the History and Cookies on Safari or Chrome.
On Safari

On Chrome
1. At right hand side, click on the 3 dots.
2. Choose Settings
3. Click on Privacy
4. Click on Clear Browsing Data
5. Click on Time range and choose All Time
7. Click back on Clear Browsing Data and make sure that Your Time range selected is All Time.
Now Click on Clear Browsing Data
